Members of the Arlington Boathouse Foundation (ABF), the Arlington County Parks & Recs Department, and Potomac Boat Club (PBC) gathered today to share ideas and talk about the Arlington Boathouse project. While touring the 150-year-old building, PBC President Lena Wang (Wakefield HS ’93) and Vice President Allison Treubert shared valuable insights into what makes PBC a successful facility.
ABF President Paul Holland and other ABF board members shared ideas and compared notes with county employees as we look ahead to the RFP for the initial design phase of the project. The morning ended with increased enthusiasm and a keener understanding of the needs of future users of the facility.
