The Arlington Boathouse Foundation is incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a federally tax-exempt, charitable organization described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(A)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended to which donations are deductible to the maximum extent permitted by law under section 170 (b)(1)(vi). The Foundation is registered in Virginia for purposes of charitable solicitation, and a copy of its most recent financial statement is available from the VA Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services upon request.
