The Boathouse
The facility will be comprised of two buildings: one portion near the foot of Key Bridge as the upper level and the lower portion at river level. The upper portion will host locker rooms, workout areas, offices, and meeting spaces. The lower portion will house storage for rowing shells of all sizes, canoes, kayaks, SUPs, and all their associated equipment. The Arlington-based high school rowing programs will have storage access, along with the potential for storage for rental and private equipment.
