A recent article in ALXnow.com shares the exciting news about the opening of the public kayak launch on the Alexandria side of Four Mile Run. Alexandrians will now benefit from this public access to local blue space and the Potomac River. This ADA-compliant access shows Alexandria’s commitment to its community to provide new access and opportunities for non-motorized recreational water access. This effort mirrors our own project and Arlington’s commitment to providing similar access to its citizens.
