Postponed!

Update June 7th, 2022: after a review of the site we’ve found an extensive amount of poison ivy that we do not want to expose our community to.  Likewise, we found the site much cleaner than we previously observed, which is great! We are going to hold off until next fall to meet at the site and take care of our riverfront. In the meantime, if you have any questions or would like to talk more about the project please feel free to reach out to us. Our president, Erik Meyers, or vice president, Paul Holland are happy to hear your thoughts: info@arlingtonboathouse.org

Join the Arlington Boathouse Foundation, the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust, the National Park Service, and Arlington County for a joint volunteer shoreline clean-up. To ensure the vitality of our beautiful river and the surrounding environment we are spending a morning doing our part to take care of the river along the shoreline across from Roosevelt Island in Rosslyn. Save June 12th on your calendar, and join us from 8-11 AM (or whatever you can spare) for this fun and important outing!
